A route you can build a business on.

We contract independent drivers and small fleets to run dedicated routes on long-term agreements, and we hire for warehouse, dispatch and technology roles. Either way, the work is steady and the routes are real.

Two ways to drive with us.

Pick up regular shifts on established routes, or take a dedicated route on a long-term contract. Many drivers start with the first and grow into the second.

Regular shifts

Start on established routes

Cover regular shifts on routes that are already running, around your own schedule.

  • At least one regular shift a week
  • Routes in your area, assigned by dispatch
  • Weekly payouts
  • Move to a dedicated route when you are ready
Dedicated route · Long-term contract

Own a route, in writing

A defined set of stops, days and time windows assigned to you or your fleet, and set out in a written agreement.

  • The same route and schedule, week after week
  • Rates, term and notice agreed before you start
  • Add a vehicle or a second route as volume grows
  • Weekly payouts, with a dispatch team that knows your route

What a dedicated contract gives you.

Most delivery work is booked one run at a time. A dedicated route is different: the route is designed once, you learn it, and the agreement keeps it running.

Work you can plan around

You know your days, stops and time windows ahead of time, so you can plan your week, and your costs, around them.

A route you know

The same stops every time means less hunting for loading docks and more time driving. Drivers who know a route run it better.

Terms in writing

Rates, schedule, term and notice are set out before you start, not renegotiated on the road.

Room to grow

Own a van? Add a second. Run a small fleet? Take on another route as our volume grows.

Dispatch behind you

A dispatch team that knows the routes, and that you can reach when a stop goes sideways.

Paid weekly

Payouts every week, on a rhythm you can count on.

Who these contracts suit

Owner-operators

You drive your own car, van or cargo van and want a regular route instead of a series of one-off runs.

Small fleets

Two or more vehicles and drivers? Take on a route, or several, and run it as your own operation.

Drivers ready for steadier work

Already delivering for apps or on contract elsewhere? Start with regular shifts and move to a dedicated route as we get to know each other.

What the agreement spells out.

Before you commit, you will see all of this on paper.

  • The route: area, stops and pickup point
  • Days and time windows
  • Rates, and how often you are paid
  • Vehicle, insurance and handling requirements
  • Term, renewal and notice on both sides
  • How volume changes, extra stops and peak periods are handled
  • Who to call in dispatch when something goes wrong
  • Delivery standards: tracking, photo confirmation and reporting

What you will need

  • A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
  • A reliable vehicle: car, van, cargo van or small truck
  • A smartphone for routing and delivery confirmation
  • Availability for at least one regular shift a week
  • For dedicated contracts: insurance suited to delivery work (we will tell you exactly what is required)

Good to know

Contract drivers are independent businesses, not employees. You bring your own vehicle and carry your own insurance, and the agreement sets out the standards that come with the route.

We do not publish rates on this page. They depend on the route, the vehicle and the schedule, and we will go through them with you before you commit to anything.

How it works

Apply

Tell us your area, your vehicle and what you are looking for, from regular shifts to a long-term contract.

Talk routes

Dispatch calls you to match your area, vehicle and schedule to routes that need cover.

Start driving

Begin on regular shifts so both sides can see how it fits.

Agree the contract

For a dedicated route, the route, schedule, rates, term and notice go into a written agreement.

Run, review, renew

We check in regularly, adjust as volume changes, and renew or extend when it is working.

Behind every dedicated route is a business that ships on a rhythm.

Questions about contracts

There is no single standard term. The length depends on the route and on what suits both sides, and it is written into the agreement. Tell us what you are looking for and we will talk through the options.

Yes. Many drivers start with regular shifts and move to a dedicated route once the fit is clear to both sides.
