Services / Dedicated Routes

A route that’s yours, on a contract that lasts.

For businesses that deliver on a rhythm, we set up a dedicated route (fixed stops, fixed windows, a regular driver where possible) and put it under a long-term agreement. Delivery stops being something you book and becomes something that simply happens.

Dedicated

A route built around your pickup point, your stops and your customers’ windows, rather than slotted into a shared parcel run.

Long-term

A written agreement that sets the schedule, the pricing structure and the term, with room to adjust as your volume moves.

When a route stops being a one-off

Plenty of businesses start out booking deliveries one at a time. Then a pattern appears: the same stores every Tuesday, the same garages every morning, the same standing order every month-end. At that point booking each run is overhead, and a different driver every time is a risk. A dedicated route removes both. The route is designed once, the driver learns it, and the agreement keeps it running while you get on with the business.

Where dedicated routes fit

Weekly restocks to your stores

A fixed loop from your warehouse to your stores, run on the same days by a driver who knows each back door.

Morning stocking for specialty grocers

Early windows before the doors open, repeated daily or several times a week.

Daily garage and parts runs

Parts out to shops on a loop through the day, with a driver who knows each bay.

Standing catering and office orders

Regular accounts and standing lunches that arrive at the same time and are handled the same way.

E-commerce routes

Daily or weekly runs for online orders in a defined area, with a tracking link for every customer.

Recurring print and marketing drops

Repeat jobs to the same clients, with the same handling each time.

Same-day, scheduled or dedicated: which fits?

They are not rivals. Many customers combine them.

What a long-term agreement covers

Before you commit, you see all of this on paper.

  • The route: pickup point, stops and delivery area
  • Days of the week and delivery windows
  • Handling requirements for what you move
  • Expected volume, and how extra stops and peak periods are handled
  • Pricing structure and invoicing
  • Term, renewal and notice on both sides
  • Tracking, photo confirmation and reporting
  • Your contact in dispatch, and what happens when something goes wrong

Every route is priced from its stops, windows and handling, so we do not publish a rate card. Send us your pattern and we will come back with a structure.

What you get

Consistency

A regular driver on your route where possible, who learns your dock, your contacts and your customers’ habits.

Predictable planning

A known schedule and a pricing structure agreed up front, so delivery stops being a variable.

Less booking

No ordering each run. The route simply happens, and you can still add a same-day run when you need one.

Capacity for busy periods

Tell us when your peaks fall and we plan for them ahead of time instead of scrambling.

The same tracking

Every delivery tracked from dispatch to doorstep, with a photo at the door, in English and French.

One point of contact

A contact in dispatch who knows your route.

How we set it up

Tell us your pattern

Your pickup point, stops, days, windows and rough volume.

We design the route

Sequenced around your windows and the way your customers receive.

You get a written proposal

Route, schedule, pricing structure and term, for you to review.

Go live

Your route starts on the agreed day, tracked like every order.

Review and adjust

We check in on a regular rhythm, then add stops or days, or change windows, as your volume moves.

Behind every dedicated route is a driver on a long-term contract.

Our routes are run by independent drivers and small fleets who hold dedicated routes of their own. If that is the kind of work you are after, we would like to hear from you.

Frequently asked questions

A scheduled route repeats on a cadence you book. A dedicated route adds a regular driver or crew and a written long-term agreement, so the schedule, pricing structure, term and notice are agreed up front and the route is planned around your business.

No single minimum applies to every route. Tell us your stops and rough volume, and we will propose a term that fits.

That is the aim: dedicated routes are assigned to regular drivers who learn your stops. If a driver is unavailable, dispatch arranges cover so the route still runs.

Yes. Agreements include review points, so you can add days or stops, change windows, or add capacity for busy periods.

By route: the stops, distance, windows, vehicle and handling involved. Send us your pattern through the quote form and we will come back with a structure.

Yes. Many customers run a dedicated route for their regular volume and book same-day for urgent orders.

Routes are built where your stops are. Our network covers Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, Québec City, Gatineau and Sherbrooke; tell us your area and we will confirm.
